There are reasons why people quit. Some of those reasons are fear, unbelief, adversity and others. What usually happens is people will watch a video or read a blog of a guy stating that he got 25 sign ups in three days or something.
When people see this, they try it for a few days. As soon as they do not get identical results, they give up and quit. What folks don’t understand is that there was a process of consistent work that was implemented day in and day out, to get those kind of results.
No one starts out a six figure earner. You must consistently promote and market YOURSELF. Notice I didn’t say opportunity. You must market yourself.
A lack of consistency contributes to a person quitting and calling this industry a scam. Consistency is not talked about enough. You don’t start something for a month, then stop, thinking any day you’re gonna hit the lottery.
We have to get rid of this lotto mentality when it comes to network marketing. Rome wasn’t built over night and neither will your business. You can get uncommon results but you have to understand that uncommon results come from uncommon actions.
You have to be able to account for your daily income producing activities period. The truth of the matter is that most people are not reading anything to get better. They are not watching material to learn how to build their business. They don’t listen to training calls or attend conference events. Moreover, they do not connect with people. No wonder why they are not getting the results they want.
This business is called network marketing. Most people leave the work part out of it. There is a work involved and that work must be done consistently.

Dreams are imaginations that you project in your mind. They are desires or fantasies that we usually wish to become a reality. We all have dreams. We have them for ourselves and we have them for our family. Dreams are a part of what makes people get out of bed in the morning. No one can fulfill our dreams for us. It is our duty and responsibility. Sometimes, people say discouraging things to shatter your dreams. Often times, it’s because they have don’t have any themselves. Ambitious people have dreams that can’t be shattered.
Its hard to beat a man who doesn’t give up. His dreams are too important to settle for mediocrity. Focus on where you want to go, then plan accordingly. You have a dream that can’t be shattered. A dream that’s worth the grind. You’ll realize that your dream is not just about you. It’s about the millions of lives that will be changed.
Many people have allowed their dreams to become nightmares. This is due to a lack of action, wrong network and negative mindset. It is also important to understand that a dream without a plan is just a wish. Many people have been wishing for too long. Wishing this would work, wishing things would get better. A dream that can’t be shattered makes things work, makes things better. Many communities are stricken with lack not only because of less resources. They are so due to a lack of dreaming and planning. You have a dream that can’t be shattered.

“Most of the important things were accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all”. -Dale Carnegie.
The bible says hope defferred makes the heart sick(paraphrased). I want to talk about a life of hope. When you talk about hope, you are talking about a better way. You’re talking about the possibility of brighter days ahead. Hope is important. Without it, you have nothing.
Take away a man’s possessions and he can get it back. If you take away his hope you took everything. It is imperative that you have hope. Hope is what keeps you going even though you want to stop. There are going to be good days and bad days alike. That’s just what it is. Just as there are periods of sun and rain, there will be times of pleasure and pain.
Even in these times, you must maintain a life of hope. It is easy to have hope when things are fine and harder when things are not. We seek a life of expectancy. We expect things to get better. Not just for ourselves, but for other as well.
In conclusion, we must maintain a life of hope. Life without hope is no hope at all. Many people gave up on life. They developed a settlement mentality. They settle for what’s given to them instead of going after what they deserve. When you have hope, you develop a prosperous way of thinking. You talk about what can instead of what if. Finally, hope cannot be found in a man. He needs hope also. Our hope begins and ends in God.

An acronym for F.E.A.R is false evidence appearing real. It is said that one of the most fearful things to do is give a public speech. People would rather get into a car accident than speak in front of an audience. I have given several speeches before. I can personally tell you that it wasn’t a comfortable feeling. I was very nervous. I thought about not showing up. Fortunately, I did what I had to do and felt good about it. Another thing that causes people to fear is making videos. People are self conscious about how they will look and sound especially to other people. Making videos are not easy for the beginner unless you have some previous experience in public communications. My first videos were not that good but that’s okay. Is creating videos for everyone? Probably not, but they will certainly help you overcome fear one step at a time.
The thing about fear is that we all have them, no matter who you are. It’s how we respond to them that makes the difference. It’s normal to have a little fear especially when you start something new. Just know that fear is the thief of your dreams. Ask any successful person regarding this subject and they will tell you that if your goal is important enough, you must feel the fear and do it anyway. That should be a little comforting to you.
Success is an inside job. It begins outside of your comfort zone. I’ve learned two exercises that can help you overcome fear if you allow them. These techniques will help you use fear as a weapon and eliminate it. The first one involves breathing. Close your eyes, relax your mind. Inhale-exhale five times or more. Do this consistently to develop the habit of releasing the thing that you’re fearing. Secondly, start using the power of affirmations. Affirmations are statements that you repeat to yourself aloud. The purpose is to develop your mind to proceed towards an expected goal. An affirmation I like is, “I AM A LEADER. I SPEAK WITH CONFIDENCE”. Try this five times on a regular basis. When you do this, your mindset will begin to change. Note this is not an overnight process. It takes time and effort.
In conclusion, these two things will assist you to use fear as a weapon to succeed in business and in life. In a sense, it’s reverse psychology. The weapons of choice are breathing and affirmations. Many people want the payoff without the process. Unfortunately, life doesn’t work like that. Get comfortable with the process in the beginning and reap the rewards in the end.

In order to become the person that you are seeking to be, you must build yourself from the inside out. Life is about change and growth. Just as a cub grows into a lion, so must we grow from an amateur to a professional. To do this, we must rebuild ourselves from the inside out. Rebuilding is a process that doesn’t occur overnight. It is something that occurs overtime.
When it comes to achieving anything worthwhile, the road to success is always under construction. Hard work is required. Many people want the pay off without the pay for. Great accomplishments are not recieved that way. You must first, rebuild yourself from the inside out.
The reason why you have to rebuild yourself is because of the old programming. You were conditioned from youth, to accept and live your life according to a set of ideals presented before you. These ideals did nothing to prepare you for your journey as an individual. They prepared you to follow the path of the status quo. Many of us have baggage that we need to let go.
The rebuilding process also requires letting go of the weight that so easily besets us. So we know that rebuilding requires change. Real change begins in the individual, not in a campaign. After all, we’ve heard campaigns all of our lives and nothing changed. Individual creativity not conformity, brings success. This can only be accomplished by rebuilding ourselves from the inside out.
In conclusion, if we want real and lasting success, we must begin the reconstruction process. It is an independent work yet, a necessary one. As we do this work, we will open doors of unimaginable opportunities.

We learn in the blogging world that you must blog daily. I subscribe to some blogs and notice that some bloggers are blogging two or three times a day. While I believe that blogging frequently is important, I feel that quality blogging is better. As far as blogging goes, quality triumphs quantity everytime. Writing a good blog post takes time because you have to think about what your people in your niche would want to read.
As a blogger, you aspire to begin with the reader in mind. Blogging should not be a rush job. Some patience is needed. So writing a good blog takes time because good blogging is a process. We all want to write great blog posts. In order to be great, we have to first be good. We have to invest the time. Time is neccessary to get good results. So what constitutes a good blog? I believe a good blog is both inspirational and educational. The reader should walk away with a clear understanding of what the blog post is about and applicable knowledge.
Blogging is not easy. It is a challenge to come up with original content. However, your life experiences are original. You can start there. At heart, I am a writer. I love the idea of writing something that can inspire people to go after their dreams. I don’t blog just to blog. I blog to educate, inspire and motivate. I believe that this is one of the best ways to have an impact on individuals. In many cases, this is better than public education. I was a college student before so I have some understanding on education. I prefer to use it differently.
In closing, writing a blog takes time. You will get out of it what you put in. The world is waiting for your message. Inject your personality into your work. Good blogging is the pathway to becoming great.
